Graph Visualization

Playing around with graphs and trees I came across quite a few projects that have done that on a more advanced level:

Touchgraph is an open source project which looks very promising.

Microsoft has a research project called Netscan that allows you to visualize usenet postings.

The Smithonian is working on something named Revealing Things

In the commercial area there are The Brain and InXight and ThinkMap.

Looking a Touchgraph, I can't help but thinking that this should be possible in flash(with or without lens distortion)..

I think samuel Wan has done some porting of visualization papers..
