A minute ago Macromedia succeeded in positively surprising me: They finally installed an automatic email reply script! I just reported a little bug via their Bug Report/Wishlist form and expected it to vanish in this black hole as usual. At least this is how it used to work every time before. But what a surprise - they have listened to the community and finally give feedback! It may be automatic, but somehow it feels way better.
