Trouble with your Flickr Widget?

Flickr.com has made some changes to their API structure and unfortunately also decided to remove the crossdomain.xml file from their http://www.flickr.com url and only have it on http://api.flickr.com in a few days.

The consequence of this is that pretty soon many Flash based Flickr widgets that use the old urls will probably stop working until they have been updated to the new api structure. So if you are a user you should check out the pages where you downloaded your widget originally and see if the developer has already updated it.

As a developer - if you have used Kelvin Luck's flashr you can already download the patched versions or patch it yourself.

Oh my - I will also have to go through my experiments and check if an update is necessary - so in case clockr, Tagnautica, Flickeur or Islands of Consciousness stop working be assured that I will take care for it soon.
